Talks from people who run PHP in production

phpday is where PHP developers share how they balance what the market asks for with the open web they believe in. We want talks built on real work: the legacy refactoring, the move to a new runtime, the performance problem you finally solved, the AI tool your team adopted or dropped. Tell us what you did, what went wrong and what you would do differently.
